Principal Function: The Before- and After-School Enrichment (B.A.S.E.) Site Specialist is responsible for the health and welfare of children through daily enrichment and academic activities.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience working with and supervising children is desired.

This job operates primarily in a professional school/academic environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
While the role follows a work schedule of 6:15AM to 8:45AM and 3:15PM to 6PM, Monday through Friday, this job may require work beyond these hours. Occasional in-town travel may be required.
